Housing
Sustainable Housing
Involves capacity building, resource creation, and research and innovation. Stakeholders are made aware of the same through workshops, events, and other media channels.
Inclusionary Housing
Includes creation and adoption of green colonies, villages, and cities through gap assessment for the implementation of green measures such as solar installations, WASH, etc., and/or certification. Prototypes and case studies are also built for the reference of stakeholders.
Healthy Housing and Living
Encompasses workshops focused on health and hygiene, cleanliness, and engagements including plantations, etc.
Financial Inclusion
Innovation
Involves innovations related to products, credit policy, and other technical advancements.
Financial literacy
Creation of awareness around financial literacy, banking, etc., and corresponding skill development through various engagements like digital campaigns, workshops, etc.
Reach
Expanding the reach through an extensive branch network, tech innovations like digital onboarding, campaigns, and workshops, facilitated by resource creation and propagation through various media.

Green Sustainable Handbook
‘Green homes’ are homes that are designed and built to be comfortable and healthy and cause minimal harm to the environment. Such homes are beneficial to both the residents and society at large.
Kutumb Pro
Kutumb Pro is a virtual platform that focuses on creating India’s largest affordable green housing ecosystem. The Kutumb app is the first-ever community application to spread awareness about sustainable and affordable housing.
ESG Progressive Evaluation
The Green Value Partner (GVP) team is evaluating certain projects/under-construction sites with respect to environmental, social, and governance criteria. This also includes their ongoing compliance with regulatory environmental requirements.
Sakhiyon ki Baadi
Sakhiyon ki Baadi is the flagship initiative of IIFL Foundation that aims at the eradication of illiteracy. The initiative focuses on providing Foundational Literacy and Numeracy skills to thousands of underprivileged children, with a special focus on the girl child. Under the initiative, IIFL has enabled educational development by setting up schools in various districts of South Rajasthan, including tribal districts of Rajsamand, Udaipur and the aspirational district - Sirohi.
Chauras
Chauras is a crèches-cum-learning center for children of laborers (migrants) working and residing at construction sites.
Smart Shaala – Programme to improve Education in 2 aspirational districts in UP
The programme covers 2,791 schools and trains 5,582 teachers impacting 2.72 lakh students.
Mini Library – Government Schools, Maharashtra
The mini-library has a hand-picked collection of books on varied topics as science, world history, encyclopaedia, literature and more.
Chartered Financial Expert (CFX) – Certification course for women
It’s a comprehensive certification course giving a 360-degree view of BFSI sector – Savings, Protection, Investment and Lending.
Development at Government Hospital – Emergency Services
IIFL Foundation undertook the responsibility to reactivate the dormant wards at the Maharana Bhupal Government Hospital, Udaipur (Rajasthan), to develop ‘Emergency Services’.
Development of In-patient ward – Bhakti Vedanta Hospital, Mumbai
IIFL Foundation has supported construction of In-patient ward at 5th floor of Bhakti Vedanta hospital to facilitate in patient treatment.
Chair donation - Enhancement of civil infrastructure
IIFL donated 52 chairs to the District bar council of Gurgaon towards enhancement of civil infrastructure.
Wheel chair donation- Directorate of indian Army veterans ( DIAV )
IIFL Home Finance Ltd. has extended support to the DIAV by providing 50 electric wheelchairs to disabled soldiers
PANKH: de unke sapne ko udaan
As a part of the Technical Assistance Program from the Asian Development Bank, IIFL Home Finance, along with an NGO partner, established learning centers (including creche and multi-grade and multi-level education delivery) for children of migrant construction workers, operational near the construction sites as IIFL’s Social Impact Program.

Chauras
Chauras is a program started by IIFL Foundation to provide access to education and learning for the out-of-school children of migrant construction site workers, who migrate from different villages across India to a large booming metropolis to work at construction sites.
Seva Kutir
The project focuses on elevating the education levels of children from scheduled caste and scheduled tribe communities.
Support to Higher Education and Research Programs (IIM Udaipur)
IIM Udaipur has distinguished itself in the field of management education and research, becoming one of the youngest institutions in the world to get AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation.
Phulwari – Maa Bari
Partnering with the Tribal Area Development (TAD) Department of Rajasthan, we’ve upgraded the ‘Maa Bari’ learning centers by introducing Electricity through the installation of Solar panels, facilitated water supply for drinking and sanitation, and Digital Learning Tool (TV with preloaded learning videos), both powered by solar energy.
Government School – Science Laboratory
Each year, over 350 girls will be benefited from this facility and be enabled to pursue higher education and subsequent careers in the science stream.
Mission Conquer Covid
IIFL Foundation partnered with central and state governments to start Maharashtra’s first Covid-19 vaccine delivery through drone to reach the inaccessible terrains in Jawhar taluka of Palghar district.
Dawai Bhi Kadai Bhi
IIFL Home Loan aligned with the central Government on its mission of DawaiBhiKadaiBhi.
Fundraiser with Give India
IIFL Home Finance initiated a fundraiser with Give India to further the reach of relief by providing life-saving equipment, offering medical assistance to people battling Covid-19, distributing food supplies and essentials, and helping low-income families financially.
Solar Installation at Government School
The initiative also helps to reduce Carbon Footprint and promotes SDG 7 – Affordable and Clean Energy.
Developing Bazaar Hub – Gulaabi Gaon
We’ve set up a Business Hub (Bazar Haat) and Community Hall for local businesses to promote livelihood for villagers. A special emphasis is given to promoting women entrepreneurs to set up small business ventures.
Chartered Financial Expert (CFX) Certification Course
Partnering with the FinX (ID Finxperts Skilling Foundation) a short-term professional certification course - Chartered Financial Expert (CFX) was given to women candidates for a successful career in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Industry.
Livestock Development Program
IIFL Foundation has supported farmers from low-income groups to venture and progress in the vertical of Dairy production.
Cycle Distribution to Girl Students (Government School)
IIFL Foundation donated 100 bicycles to girl students of Govt. School in Palghar district of Maharashtra. Among rural communities, girls are looked upon as a strong human resource for household chores and sibling care.
