ROI Switch Policy

IIFL HFL provides an option to its customers to reduce the existing rate of interest on the loan through our rate reduction/conversion scheme. Every customer can take the benefit of the scheme by paying a nominal fee and opt for either reduction of residual loan tenure or Equated Monthly Installment or both.

In order to seek the same, customer can raise a request via the below channels:

Samman Loans 12 months from the date of disbursement 50% of difference in Proposed and Existing ROI of Outstanding Principal Value or INR 5000/- (Whichever is Higher)

Fees will be paid upfront prior to conversion and is subject to applicable taxes.

Any outstanding dues need to be cleared prior to ROI conversion

The contents of the above are subject to change from time to time and the levy of the same shall be at such rates as may be applicable as on the date of such charge.
