Rachit Gehani is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at IIFL Home Finance Limited. He has over 15 years of experience in the areas of digital transformation, business process re-engineering, and building technology roadmaps. He has been associated with IIFL Home Finance for almost 6 years, heading the strategy and technology verticals. He has led IIFL HFL’s digital evolution through various initiatives encompassing overhaul of digital assets to optimize for better productivity and customer experience. Prior to joining the IIFL HFL family, he has worked with Deloitte Consulting, SOTC, and Standard & Poor’s.
