Established in 2006 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of IIFL Finance Limited, the Company commenced operations in 2009 after being registered with the National Housing Bank (NHB). The Company has progressively worked towards facilitating affordable home loans to property buyers. Through a wide network of branches, backed by a digital infrastructure and social development intent, the Company caters to the evolving home finance needs of marginalized sections across the length and breadth of the nation.
